Location-based informationis information that indicates the location of usage of your zoomMediaPlus device.When you plug in your device, your device automatically communicates with ournetwork and relays its current location. The accuracy of location services maybe affected by many circumstances beyond our control, including atmospheric,geographic or topographic conditions. We do not guarantee that service will beprovided without interruption. By using our services, you consent to allow us or our partners toelectronically collect, monitor and track your physical location.
